Concert For One Person In A Small Room is the latest re-issue from the electronic music archive of Brisbane’s Eugene Carchesio.

Unlike the two previous editions from the Circle Music series, this collection dives into somewhat less familiar rhythmic territories. Rhythms are reduced, broken and reconstructed. Abrupt conclusions splice their way throughout the pieces - robbing them of a sense of completion or climax. This growing frenzy of edits creates a most profound sense of rising tension and furious activity.

The sonic palette too drifts outward - deep reverberant bass chasm split apart and spill out tiny clicks and pulses. It’s an earthquake dotted with tiny eruptions of rhythmic tone.
